The quality level of work life among the managers of the NAFTAL

This current study aimed to reveal the level of quality of working life for the directors of NAFTAL Corporation, and to achieve the goal, the descriptive analytical approach was relied upon, and a questionnaire was distributed after verifying its psychometric conditions to the study population consisting of 67 managers, where 63 questionnaires were retrieved, either a percentage of 94%. And for data processing, the weighted arithmetic mean and standard deviation were used, and the study reached the following results:
- The level of quality of work life for directors of the Oil Corporation at the national level is medium.
- The level of quality (salaries and bonuses, human relations at work, job stability and security, physical and healthy job profile, training and professional growth programs, and balance between personal life and work) for the directors of NAFTAL at the national level is medium.
- The level of quality of promotion and career advancement for the directors of NAFTAL at the national level is high.
