Abstract

The study aspires to recognize the relationship of influence between two major sciences in the Arabic heritage, namely the science of the principles of jurisprudence with historical primacy, and the science of origins of the grammar. This is by focusing on the manifestations of complementarity between the twoscholars similar to the urgent need at the level of investigations. The first scholars who combined the two sciences in their scientific achievement, as well as their division into doctrines known as grammatical schools similar to jurisprudential doctrines. The study also focuses on the levels of overlap between the two sciences, starting with the term and then the curriculum and the method of authorship and classification.
