THE FACTORS OF EDUCATION AND THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION OF SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS FROM THEIR TEACHERS’ POINT OF VIEW

Abstract

This essay isconsidered as a contribution to identify the factors of education those push the pupils of the secondary school to achievement, in teachers view, and to achieve this objective, we did a field study using the descriptive method and the questionnaire as  a research tool that has been applied on a group of (130) teachers of the secondary school in Ouenza city. In the end the result showed that the factors of education has a connection with the achievement motivation according to the view of the teachers. These factors have been identified as material, pedagogical and relational factors and education factors related to extra-curricular activities.
