University Professors' Pinions about the Obstacles to Their Contributions to Achieving the Quality of Education.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the view of the Algerian university professor about the obstacles that limit his contribution to achieving the quality of university education, and it aims to monitor the differences between the sexes about the same phenomenon. To achieve these two goals, the researcher replied on building a questionnaire consisting of 05 axes, the axis of teaching and student guidance, the axis of supervision and research management, the axis of research and knowledge production, the axis of professional relations and knowledge exchange, and final, the axis of social and family life. The study sample represented (89) forms, and after unloading and processing the data, the following results were: challenges related to supervision and research management, then challenges related to research and knowledge production, thirdly social and family challenges, and finally challenges related to teaching and guiding students, and finally challenges related to professional relations and knowledge exchange. As for the differences between the sexes, they do not carry any statistical significance.
