Abstract

The right to environmental information is an integral part of the right to existence and the right to development. Land tenure is one of the tools dedicated to protecting the environment through the mechanisms of consultation and investigation through which it spends everything to live in a clean and healthy environment. Consultation and public inquiry are considered as imperatives of effective participation in the protection of the environment. As for the investigative mechanism, it is initiated by the institutions and the citizens on the choices of the plan, whether in writing or orally, It is therefore necessary to raise citizens' awareness and to make them understand the importance of this measure.
