The impact of Modern information systems on human resource management in the light of the digital Culture - A field study on a group of university professors in Algeria

Abstract

This topic deals with the role played by modern information systems and their impacts on human resource management, It's represents an evolving method for all areas of modern management with all its requirements,  and different components, This has led many institutions to build and design a strong and secure information system based on the provision of the right data and information in a timely and appropriate manner, In this study, we have tried to highlight the importance of providing an appropriate digital and information environment that enables human resources to perform their tasks well.To get closer to the topic, we conducted a field researchon a group of university professors.
