Abstract

The study aims to identify modern methods for measuring the mental image of the institution, especially with the development of interactive applications on the Internet, where the electronic opinion poll is one of the most important means to know the attitudes and opinion of the public towards institutions, their products and services, and the QuestionPro__ program is among the latest applications that allow the creation of ready-made electronic opinion polls, In order to elaborate on the subject, we relied on the descriptive approach using the electronic questionnaire tool, : which was distributed using the Questiopro program and through the official CEVITAL page on Facebook, the number of distributed forms reached 564, while the final number of responses reached 288, in order to survey the public's opinion about the services of the Cevital complex via the Facebook site. Accordingly, the study concluded that the modern methods of measuring the image are of great importance in studying the public with its attitudes, behaviors, and desires, which allows the institution to meet their desires on the one hand, and position the institution well on the other hand, which was confirmed by the results that we reached through the program, as most of the respondents believe that Commercial spaces management services are of good quality and Sodi Automotive services are of medium quality, while the rest of Cevital's services are not known to most of the respondents.
