The Effect of Effective Leadership On Enhancing Citizenship Behavior Among Health Sector Employees in Algeria in Light of The Covid 19 Crisis

Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of effective leadership and the extent of  its support for citizenship behavior that was measured by ( equality and equal  opportunities ,participation in public life and  loyalty) among  health sector users in light of the covid 19 crisis.  A soft sample was tested  for a group of  health  sector  users  in Algiers Depending on the questionnaires as a tool to collect data ,120 questionnaires  were distributed and 92 questionnaires were retrieved, 2 were excluded ,and after analyzing the study data by relying on the statistical analysis program spss ,the study reached both  equality and equal opportunities , participation in public life and loyalty, the study has a set of interpretations and recommendations related to Relevance.
