E-Learning And the effectiveness of university teaching performance In light of the Covid 19 crisis "from the teachers' point of view" Case Study: Economics Faculties in Algerian Universities

Abstract

The study aims to determine the role of e-learning in increasing the effectiveness of the teaching performance of professors of the Faculties of Economic Sciences in Algerian university from their point of view, in light of the Corona crisis, in order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was built that included 34 phrases, which were distributed electronically to a random sample through social media sites and emails of professors. The results of the study revealed that the application of e-learning in Algerian universities is average during the Corona crisis; and that the performance of professors during the same period was modest; there are moderate relationships between e-learning and teaching performance.
