Abstract

The main aim of this study is to scrutinize the linguistic kinetic/ kinetic follow-up phenomenon in the Performance of offbeat readers. In fact, a phenomenon / occurrence faces Arabic language at the phonetic level / rules. These irregularities/ deviations happen in short sounds and take other realizations rather than real ones. So that new short sounds are created due to the impact of one on another for the sake of lightness in the linguistic use, and phonetic harmony that suits the tongue of a particular tribe or another. Further, it guarantees easiness in pronunciation and provides little time and less physical effort.
