Abstract

This study aims to reveal the level of the  burnout caused by the Covid 19 pandemic among female workers at the University Hospital of Setif, we use the quantitative methode  by applying the burnout test of maslach on a sample of 100 workers, we concluded that the female workers in the hospital mentioned before suffer from a high level of burnout during the Covid-19 pandemic. This result can be explained by a set of factors: The weakness of the health system, the bad conditions that are provided for work on one hand, and on other hand can be explained by the nature of the tasks entrusted to Algerian women and their multiplicity due to the characteristics of the environment in which they live and which still adhere to the traditional role of women, whether they are employed or housewife.
