Abstract

The study aimed to shed light on one aspect of digital culture, specifically the skill dimension among university students in the context of digital

Transformation. The goal was to assess the extent to which students have mastered this dimension, which was broken down into a set of skills: starting with technical and research skills, followed by communication skills, and finally information management skills. Our study was conducted at the University of Lamine Debaghine - Setif 2 during the 2023-2024 academic year, involving a randomly selected sample of 250 male and female students. We adopted a quantitative approach, using a questionnaire to collect data. The results indicated that students possess levels of digital skills overall. Research skills ranked highest, with an overall percentage exceeding 50.64%, followed by technical skills at 50.44%, communication skills at 49.45%, and finally, information management skills at a lower percentage of 37.80%
