Improving the public service between the good choice of the public servant and the necessity of its training

Abstract

Through its public facilities, the State seeks to provide the best services to its citizens by raising the slogan of quality of service. This can only be achieved through the selection of the public official as the main element in the process of organization and management. On the other hand, the need to keep up with this employee to the requirements of modern management and new developments through the need to subject him to training, which must be a basic rule in the legislation of the public service. Therefore, this study suggests the extent to which the legislator in Algeria applies these two elements.
