Abstract

The study aims to determine how organizational trust contributes regulatory in organizational commitment within Condor Electronics. Due to the nature of the research variables that cover the study community as a whole, we selected a random classed-sample. The questionnaire has been used as an essential tool for data collection. The study reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which was that achieving organizational commitment within Condor Electronics is directly linked to the adoption of organizational trust practices which are building workers' confidence in their direct supervisors and the enterprise administration, as well as building workers' confidence in their colleagues in work.
