Abstract

The article seeks to scrutinize the effect of the emanation of the BRICS economic group as an emerging overall international economic relations and interactions, and on the trends of economic competition between the bloc Global capitalism that are governed by the United States of America and its allies from Capitalist Western industrialized countries, and  The group of economically and technologically emerging countries, which aims to make adjustments and revisions in the structure of the world economic system, which is in the forefront of BRICS bloc. Especially after the series of financial, monetary and structural crises that are ravaging the entire world economy. The current article contends with the extent to which the BRICS conglomerate can create financial and monetary institutions through which building a more stable and independent economic system.
