Abstract

As a result of the spread of the Covid19 virus, many countries have adopted the home quarantine approach, which shows the great problems experienced by families, the increase in domestic violence in the light of overcrowding in homes, and recorded many crimes among family members, not to mention the procedural and technical problems that have been disrupted And disrupted with it the whole family system, and therefore it was clear to us the need to examine the reflections of the coronavirus and the associated restrictions on the family, and to determine the role of the law in its treatment and reduction, we provided some solutions and legislative proposals and recommendations inspired by comparative systems, and confirmed On the need to control the Algerian family system more through legal texts, and to take the best care for the elderly exposed to diseases, and we recommended the adoption of successful legislative models to develop the use of technological means in the digitization of family transactions, with a slight comparison of some of the legislative experiences of leading countries in confronting Corona by relying on the family as a key cell in the building of societies.
