One of the priorities of the contemporary democratic state is to protect public health. As the latter strives to ensure health care for citizens, by providing a safe and healthy environment free of diseases and epidemics of all kinds.
Especially dangerous ones, which threatens human life. And by following various measures and procedures to prevent them, such as the 19Covid epidemic, which is one of the topics that imposes itself strongly at the present time, due to the circumstances in which the world in general and Algeria in particular, which we will be exposed in this study that aims to investigate Legislative policy taken by the Algerian state to protect public health from the Corona epidemic (Covid 19). In order to reduce its effectiveness and its spread, to raise the degree of awareness among the population of the dangers of this epidemic, and to issue official decisions and instructions to combat it.
