Abstract

In this article ,use tackel a social issue that has its relevance in an épidémiological context, an issue that became the core of attention sensatunally. The issue of « the marginal society », inorder to unmask some of the dynamics and processes which have produced this fragile social structure and also to highlight the depth of the social and spatial variations in Morocco, which its most common indicators is the high rate of poverty and fragility.

Basides, we analyse, in this article how much the strict procedures of the quarantine have contributed in detecting the multiple dimensions for these structural variations. Inequality forms, levels of vulnerability and poverty transcend purely quantitative data to include some facts of how and what is moral. In this framework, we are going to analyse some data and results of high commissioner for planning research about the psychological, economic and social impacts of COVID-19 pandemic on a sample form the Moroccan families (May 2020).

Based on that, this article, by breaking into fragility and poverty worlds, seeks to devote the culture of recognizing “ the other marginal” and citizenship of the social invisibles, opening a window of hope and space for the serious thinking on procedural proposals aimed at adopting  of a sustainable integrative policy as a strategic option and going beyond the seasonal solidarity option and temporary superficial and transitional treatments that have relation with the context of the crisis or the pandemic.
