The study aimed to identify the sources causing profe
ssional pressure pressure in the teachers of primary education with Ain El Mleh , and to achieve the objectives of the study was used the measure of professional pressure for teachers by the preparation of "Mansouri Mustafa " 2010, containing 20 words for sources of occupational pressure, distributed to a sample of 80 professor, the descriptive method was followed because it is most appropriate to know all aspects of the study, the study has reached the following conclusions :
- Primary school teachers are exposed to multiple sources caused by professional pressure.
The number of women in the public sector is higher than that of women.
- Primary school teachers are subjected to occupational pressure due to working conditions.
- Primary school teachers are subjected to occupational pressure because of the workload.
