Abstract

The Study aimed at identifying the reality of the early intervention mechanism and implement programs to care for children with autism spectrum disorder, Based on his Characteristics, by tracking the health care protocol and programs for this category, From Screening and diagnostic intervention services to behavioral intervention services using care programs at psychiatric hospitals in the wilayas of annaba, Constantine and setif.  To achieve this, The Interview was conducted and application of questionnaire on sample of 65 Specialists, and the most important finding of the study:  Inadequate Early Intervention, Performed by the multidisciplinary team, besides, there are shortcoming in care programs. Surrounded by many of obstacles in the specificity of autism spectrum disorder, in view of the heterogeneity. Add to physical obstacles, Lack of facility preparation. Human obstacles to the lack of doctors and specialists in exchange for a large number of children to receive early intervention. This in turn affected the quality of behavioral intervention services provided. According to the capabilities of the mental medicine hospitals concerned. The results remain specific to these hospitals; the results can therefore not be reliably generalized.
