Attention disorder and its relationship to verbal communication among a sample of children with autism spectrum disorders

Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the correlation between attention deficit disorder and verbal communication in a sample of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, located in the center of excellence in the Ottoman Valley, Mila State. The necessary data was collected using the interview with specialists, the observation of cases of autism spectrum disorders, the scale of attention and verbal communication adapted by the researcher "Hossam Abu Seif" , which was applied to the study sample. Study results revealed a statistically significant correlation between attention deficit disorder and verbal communication among a sample of children with autism spectrum disorders.
