The challenges of the Algerian economic security in the light of the new corona virus pandemic

Abstract

This study aims to identify the possible effects of the new Corona virus pandemic on the dimensions of economic security in Algeria, and in this study we have followed the descriptive approach to the new corona virus pandemic and the dimensions of economic security, and the analytical approach in studying the possible effects of this pandemic on the dimensions of economic security in Algeria.

We concluded from this study that the Corona Coved-19 pandemic has significantly affected the dimensions of economic security such as food security, the labour market and social solidarity, and health security as a result of the panic that prevailed in the country, prompting the state to take many preventive measures.
