Electronical-human resources: towards a new helm in management

Abstract

The subject of "E-Human Ressource Management " is considered as being a recent topic that has been used in many academic and professional literature. It’s a result of technological development, which played a great ‘major’ role in making many changes, and has led to a wide transformation in human ressources management, from a pattern that adopts a classical routing model to another that keeps pace with the digital modernity progress. So this topic needs to be highlighted in order  for  us to know some of its essential aspects.
