Abstract

The research topic that talks about the electronic food card and its impact and role in achieving the sustainable development goals, They affirmed their will to achieve one of the goals of the food and agriculture organization of the united nations in particular the elimination of poverty and famine  in the world by 2030, The electronic  food card relates to the poor, Orphan, Widows, And people with special needs who are unable to provide for their own daily food, This category has their right denied in the algerian civil society, The same is true for most countries in the world especially the underdeve loped countries that  suffer from poverty and famine, This card allows these needy groops to obtain food for free froom the food shops, These stores also contract with the state just as pharmacies contract  with the social security directorate, Inorder to guarantee the right of food, Life and decent  living for this vulnerable groups, In addition to the international efforts supported by the international food and agriculture organization, Which considers the eradication of poverty as one of its main goals, It also touched upon the sustainable development goals that seek to eradicate poverty and famine, This proposal is considered as a mechanism at the national, Local and international levels with the aim of eliminating this social scourge, That is why we follow the descriptive and analytical approach that corresponds to the research and is more appropriate to the topic, But the international efforts cooperate vines and organizad international and rigional just for solution of this shaper.
