Abstract

The study aimed to identify the most important competencies required to develop the professional performance of the teacher under the educational reforms in the Arab world, through an analysis of some previous studies on the various competencies and performance areas of the professor in the Arab World, and to achieve this goal, the researcher used analytical descriptive methodology, and produced a sample of 20 research studies, which were applied to recent research and studies that could be obtained during the period 2008 to 2018.
