Abstract

The covid-19 pandimic has upset all the landmarks of the football season, FIFA has the refore decided to devlop, in conjunction with the players in football,a series of ideas and proposals to adapt as best as possible to the cicumstances.  if these measures do not solve all the problems, at least they will bring some stability and clarity in the short term.  we hope that this collaboration orchestrated by FIFA will prove the abilty of football to come together around essential values sush as unity, and the sense of compromise in the difficult times we are going through..

Algeria, like other states, is invited to take these measures and, on the other hand, to activite what is mentioned in the labor law regarding force majeure and emergency circumstances and to find mechanisms to support clubs that are already suffering from financial difficulties
