Efficiency in the use of technical innovations among speech specialists practicing the profession. -Field study in Setif Province (Algeria) -

Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the efficiency of using technical innovations among speech specialists practicing the profession in the city of Setif (Algeria). The application was carried out on a purposive sample of (35 practicing speech specialists). The descriptive approach was followed, and a measurement tool designed by the researcher was applied, which is a scale for determining the efficiency of using technical innovations. The results were as follows:

 -The level of awareness of the importance of using technical innovations by speech specialists practicing the profession is high.

-The level of awareness of the obstacles to the use of technical innovations by speech specialists practicing the profession is high.

-The level of awareness of how to use technical innovations by speech specialists practicing the profession is high.

- There are no statistically significant differences in technical innovations among speech specialists practicing the profession due to gender, experience and place of work.
